Nice people working here, exceptionally friendly and quiet place. Clean and excellent rooms, a nice bathroom. A GREAT view from the window. Marvellous and excellent position in the good area, next to the bus stop as well as restaurants easy access to trolley service. Fantastic overall experience.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was helpful, and the rooms were spacious with big beds, a kettle, and air conditioning, making for a great experience overall.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Tumon for a week while on a business trip. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. One security guard in particular was not only great at his job, but also a wealth of knowledge about the local area. Despite the hotel's plain exterior and lobby, my room was always clean and tidy thanks to the complimentary housekeeping service. The location was fantastic, with several malls within walking distance and convenient shuttle buses to other shopping areas. it was a pleasant and convenient stay.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and affordable, especially considering the convenient location. It is situated in the center, with T-Gallery, JP Shop, and HardRock Cafe just a 10-minute walk away, and Tumon Beach only 5 minutes away. Additionally, the hotel provides basic amenities, including rooms with queen size beds, which are a nice touch that adds to the comfort of the stay.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to high-end shopping centers and the beautiful Tumon Beach. If you enjoy walking, you'll love exploring the stretch of San Vitores Road that is filled with top-notch shopping options. Additionally, there were a variety of restaurants nearby, including a fantastic Brazilian buffet called Churassco located on the ground floor of the hotel.

The hotel had some drawbacks. It seemed quite outdated, with a lack of amenities in the rooms such as an electric kettle and hair dryer.

I booked directly through their website and got a fantastic rate, which included free transportation to and from the airport. The owner himself picked me up and even gave me a mini tour of the area, offering helpful tips along the way.

The hotel was conveniently located near the main part of the boulevard, making it easy to explore the tourist areas and visit nearby shopping destinations like Guam Premium Outlets and Micronesia Mall. The room had two beds, a table with chairs, and a good-sized bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, addressing any concerns I had.

Some fixtures in the room, like the bathtub tiles and faucet knob, were in need of repair.
